Browser storage

Cookie Notice

A clear explanation of the cookies and local browser storage PriceIQ uses for authentication, preferences, and security.

Effective 20 July 2026 · Version 2026-07-20

1. Our approach

PriceIQ currently uses only storage that is necessary to provide account access, security, and user-requested preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking.

2. Necessary storage

The `priceiq-session` cookie and matching local storage keep an authenticated session available across the landing, admin, and customer applications. Locale and collapsed-menu preferences are stored locally in the browser. Security infrastructure may also process short-lived request identifiers and abuse-prevention signals.

  • Session: authentication handoff and continuity
  • Locale: English or Arabic preference
  • Navigation: sidebar display preference
  • Security: request correlation and rate-limit protection

3. Duration

The PriceIQ session is configured for up to eight hours and is cleared on logout. Preference storage remains until you change it or clear browser data. Server-side security and audit records follow the retention described in the Privacy Notice.

4. Managing storage

You can clear cookies and site data through browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login, language persistence, or secure navigation between PriceIQ applications. PriceIQ does not currently require an advertising-cookie consent banner because it does not deploy optional advertising cookies.

5. Changes and contact

If optional analytics or marketing storage is introduced, this notice and the consent experience will be updated before use where required. Questions can be sent to info@700-apps.com.
