1. Agreement and authority
By registering, accessing, or using PriceIQ, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are authorized to bind the customer organization. A signed order form or enterprise agreement may add or replace commercial terms.
2. Accounts and tenant administration
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use individual accounts, and promptly report suspected compromise. Workspace owners control authorized users and remain responsible for activity performed through their tenant.
3. Service and pricing decisions
PriceIQ provides pricing analysis, rules, forecasts, competitor observations, and recommendations. Outputs are decision support—not financial, legal, or guaranteed commercial results. Customers must review guardrails, approvals, taxes, consumer rules, marketplace obligations, and final prices before publication.
4. Ecommerce integrations
You authorize PriceIQ to read or update connected systems only within configured permissions. You are responsible for platform credentials, seller authorization, data legality, integration limits, and maintaining backups. Automated publication remains subject to configured approvals and controls.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in JOD through the identified hosted payment provider. Prices, billing cycle, taxes, renewal, and plan limits are shown at checkout or in an order form. Except where law or an order states otherwise, fees already incurred are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable use
You may not bypass security, access another tenant, upload unlawful or malicious material, scrape the service, interfere with availability, reverse engineer protected components, misuse recommendations for illegal coordination, or use PriceIQ in violation of competition, consumer, sanctions, or data-protection law.
7. Ownership, confidentiality, and data
Customers retain rights in their submitted data. 700 Apps retains rights in PriceIQ, its software, designs, models, documentation, and aggregated operational know-how that does not identify a customer. Each party must protect the other's confidential information.
8. Availability, suspension, and termination
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may suspend access to address security, non-payment, unlawful use, or material breach. On termination, export and deletion are handled under the plan, Privacy Notice, DPA, and legal-retention requirements.
9. Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceIQ is provided without implied warranties and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any specific liability cap or governing forum in a signed order controls; otherwise Jordanian law applies and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.
