How PriceIQ collects, uses, protects, and retains personal information when you visit the site or operate a pricing workspace.

Effective 20 July 2026 · Version 2026-07-20

1. Who is responsible

700 Apps operates PriceIQ and is responsible for personal information collected through the public website, account administration, billing, and support. A customer controls the ecommerce, product, competitor, and user information it submits to its private tenant.

2. Information we collect

We collect account identity, business contact, company, billing, authentication, support, security, and service-usage information. Connected ecommerce credentials are encrypted and product or pricing data remains tenant-scoped.

  • Registration and workspace-owner details
  • Billing and hosted payment references, excluding card details
  • Integration configuration, catalog, pricing, and competitor data
  • Security, audit, rate-limit, device, and diagnostic events

3. Why we use information

We use information to provide and secure PriceIQ, create customer tenants, process subscriptions, operate integrations, produce governed recommendations, communicate service notices, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use tenant data for third-party advertising.

4. Sharing and processors

Information is shared only with authorized customer users, vetted service providers needed to operate the platform, payment and email providers, professional advisers, or authorities where legally required. Providers receive only the access needed for their function and are subject to confidentiality and security requirements.

5. Security and retention

PriceIQ uses tenant isolation, access controls, audit records, encryption for connector credentials, controlled deployments, rate limiting, and production monitoring. Information is retained for the active service relationship and then only as long as needed for legal, billing, security, backup, or dispute purposes.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Workspace owners can export tenant data and submit a governed erasure request from Settings. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited by legal-retention duties.

7. International processing and updates

Cloud and service providers may process information outside your country under appropriate contractual and security measures. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; where required, we will request renewed consent or provide notice.

8. Contact

Questions or rights requests can be sent to info@700-apps.com. Include your workspace, contact email, and the nature of the request; do not send passwords or API credentials.
